DDC1128EVM: Impossible to select a channel for single channel plots

Dear Experts,

I'm runing the software provided after NDA with Windows 10 64-bit machine. The software has been installed and works apparently well. The program starts and displays windows correctly. After system refresh of the FPGA, I'm able to collect data pressing Fast Data and the FPGA default settings. Everything seems working good, but, I'm not able to display data for a single channel, different from the default 256A. I can see the list of channels from the drop-down menu both for Single Channel Line Plot and Single Channel Output Code Histogram, but as soon as I select a channel, the only distribution I can see is the one for channel 256A.

Any insight about it? I'd appreciate your help.
