ADS54RF63: The relation of "each of the differential lines Vpp" and "total differential Vpp".

ADS54RF63 datasheet says：This means that each input has a maximum signal swing of 1.1 VPP  for a total differential input signal swing of 2.2 VPP. 

But in my opinion, they are equivalent.

However, I make sure TI datasheet can't make a mistake, It must be have a special meaning, can you tell me why this sentence is correct?

    Johnsen, 

    The differentail peak to peak voltage will be the positive Voltage peak to peak minus the negative voltage peak to peak or Vdif = V+pp - V-pp. In this case the math works out to 1.1Vpp(+) - 1.1Vpp(-) = 1.1 - (-1.1) = 2.2Vdiffpp.
