ADC31JB68EVM: Performance parameters

Hi,

I am using ADC31JB68EVM and using a RF generator for the input signal. I have set the input signal to 210 MHz 0.0dBm. But on the HSDC Pro the SNR, SFDR, SINAD, THD, ENOB do not match.

what should be the other settings of the signal generator so that I can get the performance parameters as mentioned in the data sheet ?

Can you please tell me what the difference is? Are you using a band pass filter on the 210 MHz input signal?
