May I know the junction temperature range for DAC34SH84? Maximum junction temperature is given on the datasheet, however, the minimum value is not.

Hi Franz,

the DAC34SH84 will only work as low as -40C ambient temperature. Typically, the die temperature at the junction is higher than the ambient, depending on your mechanical and board layout. You may refer to the below link for understanding of junction temperature calculation:
