    This does not sound like the DAC5682z issue, rather, a LMK04828 configuration issue. The reason is that the DAC5682z has been working with CDCM7005 and CDCE62005 LVPECL drivers on the EVMs without issue. 

    The LMK04828 LVPECL termination will require either 120ohm pull-down or 240ohm pull-down to bias the CML driver. I have a feeling that the pull-down termination wasn't set correctly along with the driver programming option in the LMK04828. You will have to post more detailed questions and provide scope measurements to the clocks/timing product team for further debug. The 240ohm lack of documentation will also need to be addressed in the clocks/timing product E2E.
