ADS1278-SP: IBIS model pinout doesn't correspond to 84 pin CQFP

Hello,

I noticed the IBIS model linked here http://www.ti.com/product/ADS1278-SP/toolssoftware doesn't correspond to the pinout of the 84 pin CQFP package in the space datasheet.  Is there a reason for this? or do you have another model for this space package?

    Hi Will,

    The ADS1278-SP IBIS model is a duplicate of the ADS1278, the commercial plastic version of this device.   The pin names in this model correspond to the same pin names in the ceramic version of the device.  Although the package parasitics are slightly different between the plastic and ceramic device, this is the only model available for the device.
