ADS8638: input impedance

Hello,

This device is a sample and hold ADC, this means the input consists of a switch capacitor circuit.

The device does have a mux at the input though, and this mux does have its own characteristics, switch resistance that should be taken into consideration when driving the input. Unfortunately the datasheet does not provide much information about this. I will look into this and get back to you

What is the input source and overall application for the device?
