ADS8638: AC voltage measurement on ADS8638

Part Number: ADS8638

Hi,

I am using ADS8638 for the DC Voltage Measurement. Can I use the same to measure AC Voltage Measurement?

Max AC Voltage Range: -4V to 4V

Please do suggest me a DC and AC Voltage supported ADC, if not applicable with ADS8638.

    Hi Lithesh,

    The ADC does not distinguish DC or AC input signal, we have many ADCs which can support bipolar input directly. Before recommending a suitable device to you, what's your AC signal? frequency, type (sinewave, step or others), channels, sampling rate required etc.?
