ADS62P24: The input signal range problem for ADS62P24

Hello,

I have a question for the input signal range problem for ADS62P24. I want to set the input signal range to 2 Vpp, but in fact the input range is just 1.5Vpp. The IC pin setting in my circuit is in my attacthment. Please help me to check what is the problem for my circuit. Thanks!AD&DDS.pdf

Hi,

The input fullscale of the converter will be lower if the analog inputs are driven in a single-ended fashion, rather than differential as the ADC is designed.

It also looks like you plan to DC couple the amp and ADC. Is that intended?

Hello,

Rob because my input signal frequency is from 50KHz to 1MHz, so I only can use single end input. Last night, I have found the reason of the range problem. In my SCH, I have pulled up the SCLK pin, but in the PCB I pulled down the PIN. After changed, the range has changed to 2 Vpp. Thanks for your reply.
