What’s the difference between enhanced-SPI and SPI? In addition, is there some special requirements for the MCU?

    Thanks for your post. "Enhanced SPI" collectively refers to the various interface options offered in the ADS9224R and ADS9234R devices. This device supports single-, dual-, and quad-SDO modes as well as a parallel byte protocol. In addition, the SPI clock phase and polarity can be configured to suit the needs of the customer's specific MCU. Enhanced SPI is still compatible with standard interfaces. Section 7.6.2 of the datasheet gives more details about each interface mode.
