1.As shown in figure 1,what does this buffer(SN7AVC16244DGGR) do?

2.As shown in the figure 2,Wha do the components(RN3\RN4\RN5\RN6) do?

If you want to use the device with CMOS outputs instead of LVDS (default), you would need to add the buffer and R-Packs to route the signals to the CMOS header J5.
