I need the parameter：Thermal resistance,junction-to-case(top). This parameter is not mentioned in the ADC12J4000NKE datasheet.

Could you provide the thermal resistance,,junction-to-case(top) information of ADC12J4000NKE?

If you plan on using top-side heatsinking, this is not recommended nor will be effective with this molded QFN package. I have made a request for thermal resistance, junction-to-case(top), but this may be a few weeks before I get this info.
