ADC14155QML-SP: INL at reduced sampling frequency

We are considering the ADC14155 for our design but have some need of further data regarding it’s INL specification.  Is there any more data regarding the INL and the sampling frequency?  Plots would be great.  We are looking at running it at fairly low sampling rates, 10-20 MHz.  Any data over temperature as well in those frequencies would be nice too.  Thanks

    Hello McLain,

    I did dynamic testing at lower sampling frequencies on the space grade ADC14155QML-SP and did not see any significant change in the performance parameters such SNR and ENOB.

    INL is a static test and I did not try any static tests at different clock frequencies.   Based on the dynamic results I would not expect significant changes in INL with sampling frequency.
