ADS5484: ADS5484 ALL BITS ARE TOGGLING WITHOUT ANY INPUT

Hi,

     I am using ADS5484 in my design.

     When I am checking ADC output without giving any input, all the 16 bits are toggling.

      I checked ADC power supplies. ADC power supplies are proper. ADC DRY is also coming.

    Hi Divya,

    Are you able to tell they are toggling through data capture? Can you please provide a scope shot of digital outputs and your ADC schematic? What clock speed are you using?

    Do you have the VCM (3.1VDC) connected to the analog inputs?
