ADC12J4000EVM: A problem about parameter settings

I have a prolem about parameter settings.The "on-board Fs" in the ADC12j4000evm GUI software, the "ADC Output Data Rate" and "ADC Input Target Frequence" in the HSDC Pro sofaware ,could you tell me What is the relationship between them. How cpuld I set their parameters.

The On-board Fs rate is the sample rate of the ADC clock. The ADC Output data rate is the data rate out of the ADC. These are both the same if using the ADC in bypass mode. If using the ADC in decimate mode, the ADC output data rate = Fs / decimation value. So if Fs is at 4GHz and you are using decimate by 10 mode, the ADC output data rate will be 400MHz.

The input target frequency is the frequency of the input IF. If using decimation, the GUI needs to know this exact value so it can provide the correct parameters for SNR, SFDR, ect since the fundamental tone will be located at a different location after decimation. This is explained in the HSDC Pro User's Guide.
