Hi,

I am using ADC(ADC12C170) in one of the my design.

1) As per datasheet Vref =1V (internal) but im getting 1.5V .

2) This ADC is only taking 1Vp-p input voltage but as per datasheet it should take 2Vp-p input voltage.

Can u suggest the solution for above mention problems?

My requirement is, it should take 2Vp-p input voltage.

    Hi Nirbhay,

    1). This is not expected behavior. Please ensure that all datasheet recommendations are being followed in regard to power rails (VA especially +3.3VDC). Is it possible to share the ADC schematic? Is your ADC implementation similar to what is shown in figure 22 on page 22 of the datasheet?

    2). Using the differential inputs, the ADC can functionally have an input swing that is double the voltage reference. This is explained in more detail on page 17 of the datasheet.
