Has anyone else had issues getting any readings from the evaluation software?

Hardware wise the jumpers are in default locations and a 1-3v 300hz test signal is being fed in, verified by using the onboard probe points.

Selecting the correct channel or by using sequence mode returns only graphs showing 0v

    Hello,

    The ADS8686s device is very complex, thus the GUI has many options.

    Can we through some preliminary debugging to start off.

    Can you confirm that the checkbox on the right top corner is selected, the Connect to Hardware checkbox.

    In the device configurations page, please select ch0, this will be helpful to debug. limiting to one channel will simply. once one is working correctly, then incorporating more will be best. Disabling sequence for now would be best as well.

    the range selection should be defaulted to 10V, this is best to make sure the signal is not cut off.

    Please use software mode.

    Then in the Time Doman Display, this is where the sine wave should be displayed after clicking Capture.The right hand corner above the graph, there is a Y scale fit drop down. Does changing this make a difference and show the correct graph?
