Hi,

What is the thermal resistace of DAC7552?Also what is the power derating of the package at 85degC ambient? Datasheet doesnt have these informations.

Hi Shihab,

The issue I see at the moment is that the QFN 16RGT package is not there - the QFN 16RGY is, which would have similar characteristics. We'll get you the RGT data as soon as possible.
