Sangeetha,

Go to the DAC5662EVM product folder on the TI website and download the EVM User's Guide. With this document, along with the data sheet, you should have the information required. If you need more information, I would suggest you get this from the TMS320F28335 data sheet and any application notes that can be found about interfacing to this device.
