ADS8638: VREF and AVDD connection

Hi team,

If I use Internal VREF and AVDD is 3.3V, can I connect REF pin and AVDD directly?

Hi Saito,

The REF pin acts as a reference decoupling terminal when an internal reference is selected, so a capacitor (10uF) should be used between REF pin and REFGND, see Figure 73 in ADS8638 data sheet. Please notice that the REFGND pin should be connected to analog ground plane (AGND).
