Hi,

1) How to use Single-ended input ? This's also 16bit?

2) I use AIN0&AIN1 to differential, and AIN2 want to set single-ended, how to do ?

3) How do I read four channels at once? ( AIN0&AIN1 is differential, and AIN2 is single-ended)

Hi Yang,

The ADS1147 is 16 bits and cannot directly perform single-ended measurements since the PGA is differential with a common-mode voltage requirement. Instead, you could set the negative input to mid-supply, and swing the positive input around this mid-supply voltage in order to make a psuedo-differential measurement.

This device only features one measurement channel with a mux on the input to select which channel to measure from at any given time. If you would like a device that can read all channels at once, you need to select a simultaneously sampling ADC.
