ADS5287: Difference from ADS5281 in terms of LVDS Output

Hi team,

My customer is trying to update old platform to cost down.

My customer is going to change ADS5281 to ADS5287, but he is concerned about the LVDS output format difference between them in order to guarantee the SW compatibility.

I know for ADS5287, D10 and D11 are masked as 0.

Other than that, is ADS5287 LVDS output same as ADS5281?

Is there any other concern we need to mention here?

The core IP and LVDS driver circuitry is the same. No issue in swapping devices related to the interface. The interface is still 8-lane serialized LVDS. As you mentioned the two LSBs in the 10-bit device are zero.
