AFE4900: PTT Measure

Dear Forum

Im developing a new project with the ADS1298R ,and ,I would like to integrate the PPG measure using the AFE4900 ,able also to measure ECG and PPG sincronized.

From this, as I read in forum, could be possible to measure the blood pressure also (via PTT):

Now, I see that also the AFE4403 is able to measure the PPG, but not the PPT. So, question are:

1- Is ok to use the ADS1298R with AFE4900 ,or do you suggest other way to get PPT?

2- I cant find datasheet of AFE4900 ,but you have a application TIDUDO6A ..Wireless ECG, SpO2, PTT with all pin name related to package name, schematic ecc

useful for a desing...Is ok or datasheet have more info ?
