In the datasheet for the device it lists in Table 1 setup and hold times for a selection of sampling frequencies (for 2 wire mode), but this does not include values for 20 MSPS. Do I need to use the values listed for 25 MSPS, or is it safe to extrapolate values for 20 MSPS? Using the worst case ratio between the minimum values and bit clock period for the sample rate I get 2.5 ns setup and 2.65 ns hold time for 20 MSPS. Is this a valid approach?
