Thank you so much Paul! I'm compiling some info on some radiation tests done on these parts including the type of component and technology type in order to better compare each test.

Hi Margaux,

The DAC and ADS devices are on a CMOS process, but they still may contain bipolar transistors as well. I am not sure about the THS device, so I am going to transfer the thread to the THS team to confirm.

Hello Margaux,

The THS4513-SP is primarily made up of Bipolar transistors but may still contain CMOS devices.
