ADS1209: Fan-Out / Maximum current at digital output pins

Part Number: ADS1209

Hello,

I intend to drive fiber optic transmitters with TTL inputs (2kOhm / 7pF input resistance / capacitance) directly from the ADS1209's OUT and CLK pins. BVDD is 5V.
The data sheet specifies a maximum input current to any pin except supply of +- 10 mA. However, I'm not sure if this also means that the digital outputs can deliver this maximum current.
The only other specification I could find was that they are CMOS outputs and the respective high/low level outputs at 100µA.

Therefore my question: Is it possible to directly drive a TTL input from the ADS1209's digital outputs or do I need to include a driver circuit inbetween?

Hope to hear from you soon and thanks in advance,
Matthias
