ADC32RF45EVM: Unexpectedly low SNR when clocking from LMK04828

Part Number: ADC32RF45EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMK04828, , LMX2582, ADC32RF45

ADC32RF45EVM evaluation board has two options for internal ADC clocking: LMX2582 (default) and LMK04828. I resoldered two capacitors as stated in EVM user guide to clock ADC from LMK04828. I measured SNR with HSDC Pro software and TSW14J57 board in both clock configurations. SNR was measured for clock frequency 2949.12MHz and 3072MHz. Input signal frequency was 1780 MHz with -2 dBFS level. SNR with clocking from LMK04828 is 6dB lower then clocking from LMX2582. I expected SNR to be 2dB lower due to higher LMK jitter (LMX2582 has 50 fs jitter, LMK04828 has 100 fs jitter), but measured 6dB difference is significantly worse.

Do you have some SNR measurement results when clocking ADC32RF45 from LMK04828 with clock frequency about 3GHz and input frequency 1.78GHz? What is expected SNR degradation comparing to clocking from LMX2582? I want to know if my result is an expected behavior or there is a problem with this EVM board.
