Hello, I am interested in the data retention period for the LMP92066 as it relates to the EEPROM. My application has a shelf life of 10 years with exposures to -54 to +95°C, non operating.

Hi Christopher,
The silicon process for the LMP92066 was qualified for data retention using a bake method. Basically, the EEPROM core has was baked at a very high temperature for hundreds of hours and the EEPROM retained its value. The process passed a stress level that qualifies the device for 10 years of data retention at a junction temperature of 125°C.
As your stress is below this, the retention should be fine.
Thanks,
Paul
