in the datasheet,1.8-V/3.3-V CMOS-Compatible Interface.i set IOVDD is 2.5V

    Hi,

    Yes, this is fine. As long as the CMOS IO such as FPGA interfacing with the DAC is also at 2.5V Level. You may use IBIS model for signal integrity simulation

    You may also refer to figure 45 on the datasheet for the internal CMOS input structure with reference to IOVDD.
