    Hello Dmitry,

    Welcome to the TI E2E Community.

    The only files that are available, and included with the ADS1675REF-SW download can be found here (assuming you installed in the default directory):

    c:\Program Files (x86)\ADCPro\plugins\evm\ADS1675REF

    These files do not require a password.
