Hi Dongbao,
Since this parameter is not in the product datasheet, we will not be able to provide these values. However, from what we see in the datasheet in Figure 43 and what we know about specifications we can make some assumptions that may help the customer.
First, as shown in Figure 43, the leakage current is unipolar and not centered around 0. Therefore, while the typical values usually represent 1 standard deviation, or roughly 68% of units, we won't be able to directly know what the mean of the values would be from this datasheet specification alone, and therefore can't directly project what the spread of the leakages will be which could help us take it out to an estimate of the min/max. Therefore, we believe a good conservative estimate would be +/-30% off of the typical value.
Second, as also shown in Figure 43, while the leakage current exponentially increases over temperature, it does not double every 10C which would be indicative of standard diode based leakage currents. This is less directly related to the question, but was something that we thought we should note.
