AMC1306EVM: Sigma Delta interface to F28379D using Matlab Embedded Coder

Hi,

I am using the 1306EVM module and F23879D DSP along with the Mathworks embedded coder. I have gone through the register descriptions and now have the peripheral functioning. I have the module connected to SD1_1 on GPIO 16 and 17. I have reconfigured both these pins as the data and clock pin woth the GMUX and MUX registers. I am currently generating the clock using a ePWM module and hard-wiring this to the clock pin (GPIO17).

Is there a way internally that I can get the required clock signal that the sigma delta modulator without taking up a PWM channel and hardwire?
