    Hi Lee,

    Apologies for the delay in response. 

    Looks like you've configured the device for continuous conversions, internal clock, and will collect data using the combined DOUT/DRDY pin.

    I would recommend decreasing the size of the common-mode capacitors C49, C47, by 10x such that they are 10x smaller than the differential capacitor C57.

    I would recommend reviewing section 9.3.2.2 PGA Common-Mode Voltage Calculation Example of the datasheet. I see that you are using bipolar 2.5V supplies. Tying the positive input to 2.5V via R2 will result in a common-mode voltage violation.
