Hi,

There's similar thread from February and another from Nov 2019, but they don't provide any follow-up or help...

I'm setting up the ADS7142-Q1 EVM with the MSP-EXP432E401Y and made it to step 3.3.1 in the user guide. However, the GUI keeps stating: "Blank EEPROM detected, Use EEPROM loader tool to load EEPROM to the device." Tried restarting, replugging, and reprogramming device with no success.

Is this still a software bug and is there an estimate for a fix? And is there any workaround for the time being?
