ADS1258-EP: Conformal Coat Process

Good Morning,

We plan to apply the following conformal coat process on this part can you verify steps :

1. Immerse in cleanliness test using IPA/DI water solution (This is a concern for packages that are unsealed...Is there an issue applying this on TI PN: ADS1258IPHPREP)
2. Bake PCBA at 85C for 3-hours ( Is there concern for added process thermal stress)
3. Apply Conformal Coat (spray applicator) – Conformal Coat material:  Arathane 5750 - A/B (LV)…Per IPC-CC-830C this is classified as Type UR (Polyurethane)…(Is component package compatible)

 Can you verify the above processes are compatible with the ADS1258IPHPREP package technology ?
