ADS8675: Wrong output from ADC

Hello,

I'm trying to read the output of the ADC & using variable power supply. The ADC output shows the multiple of 2 of applied input voltage.

For e.g if I'm giving 5V then ADC output shows 10V.

    Hi Rameez,

    This issue is mostly related to your digital timing, there is one bit was shifted. Can you please provide a timing captured with an analog oscilloscope for just one cycle including CONVST, SCLK,SDI and SDO? Also, please use a precision DC signal generator as an analog input signal to the ADC.
