ADS7951-Q1: What's the SPI pin status for the ADS7951 when CS is high?

HI Team,

What's the SPI pin status(the SCLK, SDI, SDO pin status specifically) for the ADS7951 when the CS is not selected(CS high)?

Are they HI-z or 0 or 1?

And also same questions for the ADS1018, are the SPI pin(SCLK, SDI,SDO) Hi-Z when CS is high?
