Dear Team,

1. It will need both VDD and Vref supply to IC, right?

2.Output connect to OP as buffer isnecessary?

3. With unipolar output, do it have positive output?

Or it is a negative output only?

The customer is looking for 0~3.3V output option

4. Do we have maximum 150dC operation device?

Hi,

Please see my response below.

1. Yes, device needs both VDD and Reference to operate. (VDD can be from 4.5 to 15.5V) and reference voltage is from -10V to +10V)

2. Since these are MDACs, output is current and you need to have output buffer to convert these to voltages.

3. These devices outputs 0 to -Vref in Unipolar mode, however by giving negative reference , you can generate 0 to Vref output as well.

4. What do you mean by 150V dc? or is it 15V dc operation? As I mentioned, device VDD can be 15V

Hi,

This device is rated for only -40 to 85 degC operation.

Are you looking for 150C operation device with similar specifications?
