TSW14J57EVM: FPGA programming of the TSW14J57EVM

Part Number: TSW14J57EVM

Hello,

I am trying to use TSW14J57EVM with ADC12DJ5200EVM, an ADC board, but I have some questions.

The  question is can the FPGA of TSW14J57EVM  be programmed with the code I write? (I am trying to program arctan functions and average correlaion with FPGA)

  • Jinseong,

You can program the FPGA using the JTAG connector J3. This is normally done using an USB blaster cable and using the Quartus software from Intel (Altera). The FPGA is an Arria 10, part number 10AX115HF34. See attached schematic. I am assuming the code you are writing is with Quartus. This is the only way I know of to program this FPGA.

If you need more information regarding this, you will need to contact Intel.

    Regards,

    Jim
