Hi,

The datasheet didn't provide the leakage current of AINP/AIN0. What will be leakage current of AIN0 pin or input impedance for single ended configuration?

    Hello,

    This is a SAR architecture ADC, the input is sampled through a switch capacitor circuit. This means that the impedance is dynamic which is why this is not characterized. 

    If you need assistance on designing the input drive circuitry, please share your schematic and we can review it.
