DAC5662: Absolute maximum rating of IOUT output current

I design circuit using DA converter DAC5662.
Now I consider derating analysis for DAC5662.
I would like to confirm absolute maximum rating of IOUT output current.
I will calculate derating value below.
Derating value (%) = (actual current of IOUT current / absolute maximum rating of IOUT current)*100

* Table of absolute maximum ratings on DAC5662 data sheet does not define
absolute maximum rating of IOUT output current.

Hi Mesh,

I out is an output parameter for the DAC5662 and not an input parameter hence it is not define in the absolute max rating table. But the datasheet does specify the maximum IOUT as 20mA.

I have additional questions regarding this issue.
Please let me know if it affects reliability of DAC5662 by using at 20mA IOUT output current on specified operating conditions. (-40degC to +85degC)

If there is no impact on reliability, I would like to use with an IOUT output current of 20mA.

Hi MESH,

No using 20mA Iout does not affect the reliability of the DAC5662. Yes you can use 20mA IOUT without any issues.
