DAC8571: Output oscillates

Hi All,


I have a question about DAC8571.

There was an output error in the device equipped with DAC8571.
This output error occurs in 2 out of 3000 units.

The details of the problem are as follows.
I set the voltage, but the output oscillates.

I want to share a schematic and waveform, so I want to contact a private message.

    What kind of load is connected to DAC output?

    Hi Ishiwata,

    I can see from schematics, capacitive load is not an issue since it DAC VOUT is isolated from cap load with 10K resistor. Is this 10K mounted on the board?

    whats the output voltage expected when the DAC is in normal working condition? From your waveform, it seems like output is going from 0V to 2.2V and coming down to 0V again and this repeats. My question is, DAC is configured to give a DC signal? or some square wave?
