I am looking for a DAC with 12bit resolution with minimum of 10MSPS update rate working with 5V or more and Voltage out. Can any one suggest the specific part number for me.

From precision product family, we don't have any high speed DAC with 10MSPS update rate.

Check out the DAC902. It is a 12-bit up to 165 MSPS DAC that can operate off a single 5V supply with a CMOS digital interface.
