Rad Hard DAC

I am looking for a Rad Hard 14 or 16 bits DAC. With serial input.  The DAC8830-EP is perfect for my needs but I do not know whether it was rad tested.  Any ideas?

    Hi Uriel,

    Only our SPACE grad devices can be considered radiation hardened.  Please take a look at the DAC121S101QML-SP.  We have the TID and SEL/SEE data published for that device.  We do not have any >12-bit space-grade DACs.
