DAC8568: Process confirmation

Part Number: DAC8568

Hi team,

Customer is looking at the DAC8568ICPW and the DAC80508ZCRTET 16-bit octal-channel digital-to-analog converters (DACs).

He would like to know if these parts are built on a strictly ALL CMOS process technologies or

if there are ANY bipolar junction transistors (BJTs) anywhere in the designs – even a single BJT in the UVLO circuits, voltage references, bandgap references, etc.  The reason he ask is because he is looking at using these parts in an environment where they would be exposed to radiation,

and our internal qualification testing would need to be adjusted if there are ANY BJTs anywhere in the parts.

I know these devices are built on High-Precision CMOS process technologies.

I just want to clarify if there are ANY bipolar junction transistors (BJTs) anywhere in the designs – even a single BJT in the UVLO circuits, voltage references, bandgap references, etc.?

Thanks.

Regards,
