TSW1400EVM: Read DDR to File TIMED_OUT_ERROR

i have used TSW1400EVM capture board to collect digital data from ADS5294 eval board.

"HSDC pro" is the tool used for TSW1400EVM.

"Analog Devices PLL Eval Software_V3_2_8_0" is the tool used for ADS5294 eval board.

i have used internal 80Mhz clock as a sampling clock, this is available with ADS5294 eval board.

when tried capturing adc data i will get the following error in HSDC pro.

Please suggest me how do i solve this problem.

I hope that you are not using "Analog Devices PLL Eval Software_V3_2_8_0" to program the EVM. That won't work.

The error generally reflects a lack of clock to the TSW1400 EVM board. Check to ensure the 80 MHz clock on the EVM is operating as expected. Also ensure the power supply for the TSW1400 has sufficient current. Set current limit to 3A (or more) to ensure there is not a brown-out situation when capturing.

Sorry I have used “ADS 5294“ tool not Analog devices PLL eval software.

I will check the steps you suggested and let you know sir

There was a probelm with jumper connection for adc clock. And is now solved.
