Hi Amy,

Did you flash the firmware for the Launchpad as described in user's guide?

When you first connect the USB to XDS110 side, you should detect the launch pad automatically provided cloud agent is installed and running.

After that you can start Uniflash  and start the operation, launchpad will be detected automatically. Without cloud agent and browser add on, Uniflash will not work.

Make sure 5V OTG jumper is installed as well.

The customer feedback that these steps had been done, but it still can't solve the problem.

I may not have explained the situation clearly. In fact, it was a Chinese customer who had such a problem, because I didn't have EVM board in hand, so I posted the problem on E2E forum.

I don't have an EVM board, so I can't do these operations. And customers do not have WebEx, you can not help customers through WebEx, do you have any other ways

Can I get a screenshot of the main page of the GUI after EVM is connected to PC?

Most probable cause for this issue will be cloud agent not installed properly.

Looks like there is no issue with device enumeration in Win10.

Can you try reprogramming the same one more time by following below procedure?

1.  Uninstall the EVM software and run time form the machine.

2. From GUI Composer Library, download the EVM software and run time files.

3. Install both EVM software and run time  ( Installation of run time engine is mandatory for EVM to work)

4. Upgrade firmware on Launchpad following the steps outlined in section 2.1.2 ( Please follow this step as outlined)

5. Cloud agent installation. After this step launchpad should get detected.

6. Load firmware image and Verify the same.

I can have  a WebEx session with your customer if they are ok. Let me know your thoughts on the same.
