The acoustic scan of DAC2902Y/250G4 shows the pin separation in the bonding wire area of the product.

We think PDA is unqualified. Please see the attached picture. Could you please help to check the reason?

What is PDA? I am not familiar with this acronym. Was the part on a board that experienced a failure? If so what were the operating conditions? Did this only occur on one unit?
