LM98640QML-SP: SDO voltage

Part Number: LM98640QML-SP

Hello,

I had the same question as Bradley Harden (30 jan 2019)

"For a logical 1 on the SDO pin, the datasheet specifies a typical voltage of 1.93V and a minimum voltage of 1.8V. However, to me it seems like the serial interface was designed for 3.3V logic, since the minimum input voltage for a logical 1 on the SCLK, SEN, SDI and CLPIN pins is 2.0V. Furthermore, when observing the SDO output voltage on an oscilloscope, I get a value near 3.3V, not a value near 1.93V. Can you comment on the apparent contradiction?"

Your answer was that he is correct and that it will be modified in the datasheet. However, nearly two years later, the datasheet is still not corrected. Can you fix it ?

KR,

Thibaut
