Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430G2121, TLV3491, ADS1298R

We are working on ADS1298R we has Ref. Board now we want to design custom hardware so we have some doubt in the Reference design The MSP430G2121(MCU) use with the TLV3491 (Op-amp) to give "MSP" Signal. Our question is can we replace the MSP430G2121 with any other circuit. if Yes then can you provide it to us.
